Obama Cancels Virginia Offshore Drilling

This seems like the result of the disaster in the Gulf. I don't know if this should be a permanent ban or a delay in implementing the project. There's a lot we can learn from the incident in the Gulf in regards to how to best contain a future disaster so that it doesn't affect the environment with the consequences as the BP explosion.
